The job I was being interviewed for requires lots of interaction with people, though. The interviewer clearly wanted to see how we would react in the situation, and some people bombed. But it's all good. It's just one of those things to seperate the people who want to work, from the people who might not fit. For one-on-one interviews this is certainly a bonus.
