Eneos Gas Station A few months back I had discussed the possibility of Japan’s Provisional Gas Tax not being extended as the Upper and Lower Houses of government vie for control of policy. Oddly enough, this is one of those days where I’m not happy to be saying “I told you so,” which means I won’t.
